Creating a brand & visual language for Smart Working
Promoting PRUK’s new flexible working scheme with an animation for their employees.

Syndicut have been working with Pernod Ricard UK to produce a series of internal projects, all of which required their own identity and look and feel.
We were asked to create an animated video to promote Pernod Ricard UK’s new flexible working scheme to their employees.
We began the project with a moodboarding exercise, which we presented to the client to get their feedback on the look and feel of the animation. This moodboarding phase led to the creation of a number of branding and visual language routes for the Smart Working project. The feedback from the marketing team at Pernod Ricard UK allowed us to refine the branding to produce a final Smart Working brand and visual language.
With the brand defined we then went on to work closely with the PRUK team to develop the storyboard and script for the animation.
Following on from the animation we also developed an interactive toolkit, promotional animated video and case studies introducing the scheme to their employees.
The Smart Working brand was then extended to other internal functions such as Pernod Ricard’s employee benefits scheme with the Smart Choices identity.
